Vitea, the health and nursing care
company, is the first in the world to offer
the “Frisklinjen service”, which by means
of a telephone call manages all
administration and care connected with
reporting staff illness.
Vitea’s Frisklinjen service has been developed through
collaboration with SOS-Alarm, YouCall, Ericsson and
TeliaSonera, Ericsson has supplied a custom-made
solution that integrates IP-based communication with
Solidus eCare™, an advanced contact center. The solution
manages the reporting of illness and is linked to the
Frisklinjen case record system via the Solidus eCare™
platform with total confidentiality.

Ericsson solution
For the system toquickly deliver large quantities of data, TeliaSonera has
built an infrastructure that combines conventional
technology with Ericsson’s IP-based MD110 BC12
exchange, equipped with the contact center Solidus
eCare™, IP telephones and IP clients.
Demands on quality, availability and security were high.

decision.
